The Economics of Heritage

It is our great pleasure to invite you participate to an initiative that is meant to emphasize the value of urban regeneration and heritage in city centers for Romania's economic development, namely an international conference on "The Economics of Heritage Regeneration" that will be hosted in the premises of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage on 25-26 October 2010, in Bucharest.
We see this event as an opportunity to accommodate international and national expertise and also identify practical solutions in order to create viable inter-institutional partnerships for the sustainable management of urban protected areas and public spaces, as discussed at technical level with several other partner institutions, particularly the Project Management and Consultancy Unit within the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism and UNESCO Commission for Romania.
In this regard, we are looking forward for your participation to the conference works, starting the 25 October at 9:30 am, at the premises of the event or through live streaming here.
